Como o prometido é devido, aqui está a receita que voçês tem estado à espera. Tenho que dizer que experimentei fazer e que é algo divinal! Voçês tem de experimentar. É muito bom! Fiz Patê de Azeitonas com Pão de Alho para entrada de um jantar com amigos e foi um sucesso. Espero que gostem :)
Ingredientes
150g de azeitonas pretas descaroçadas
125g de queijo fresco para barrar (tipo Philadelphia)
6 colheres de sopa de azeite
2 colheres de sopa de folhas de orégãos
2 dentes de alho
12 fatias de pão a gosto
Sal q.b.
Pimenta q.b.
Preparação
Numa tigela, esmague no esmagador(Utensílio da cozinha) ou pique finamente os alhos.
Junte uma colher de sopa de orégãos e 5 colheres de sopa de azeite.
Mexa muito bem e tempere com umas pedrinhas de sal.
Num tabuleiro de ir ao forno, espalhe o pão e regue por igual com o molho.
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido nos 180º e deixe tostar aproximadamente 10 minutos.
Quando o pão tiver tostado, retire.
Entretanto, na picadora, coloque o queijo, as azeitonas, a restante colher de sopa de azeite e os restantes orégãos.
Tempere com umas pedrinhas de sal e pimenta.
Pique até que fique uma pasta homogénea.
Coloque o patê numa tigela e decore com azeitonas.
Guarde o patê no frigorífico até à hora de servir.
E está pronto a servir.

As promised, here it is the recipe that you have been waiting for. I have to say I tried to do and it's something divine! You have to try. It's very good! I did Olives Pâté with Garlic Bread for a starter of a dinner with friends and it was a success. I hope you enjoy :)
Ingredients
150g of black olives pitted
125g fresh cheese spreadable (like Philadelphia)
6 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of oregano
2 cloves of garlic
12 slices of bread at your choice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, crush the garlic (with a garlic press) or finely chop the garlic.
Add one tablespoon of oregano and 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
Stir well and season with some salt.
In a baking tray, Spread the bread and drizzle evenly with the sauce.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees and let bake about 10 minutes.
When the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven.
Meanwhile, in a Chopper, put the cheese, olives, the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the remaining tablespoon of oregano.
Season with some salt and pepper.
Chop until it becomes a smooth paste.
Place the pâté in a bowl and garnish with olives.
Keep the pâté in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
And is ready to serve.
