Ingredientes:
- 1 lata de leite condensado com 397g
- 5 ovos
Preparação:
Coloque as claras noutra tigela.

Dessert for the weekend
If you will be having visits this weekend and you don't know what dessert to make, I suggest "Camel's Drool". I did for some friends and I never thought it was so easy to do it or it was make with only two ingredients :p. Have a try, it's easy and good.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
1. Take a can of condensed milk to cook in a pressure cooker with enough water to cover the tin, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
After cooked, open the pressure cooker and let it cool.
To cool quickly, place the can in cold water or in the freezer.
2. When is cold, open the can and place the condensed milk in a bowl.
Break the eggs and separate the yolks and add them to the condensed milk.
Place the egg whites in another bowl.
Beat the yolks very well with the condensed milk until starts doing bubbles.
Beat egg whites on high speed for 3 minutes so they stay well beaten.
Mix the egg whites with the condensed milk very well.
3. Place the Camel's drool in a large bowl or in small bowls.
Put in the fridge to stay fresh.
After cold, decorate with pine nuts or almonds (for those who like it.)
Hope you enjoy!
